Mr Jürg Gabathuler, federally licensed chef, and his crew have been in charge of the kitchen since 2002. They have been amazing our guests with dishes ranging from the traditional Zurich Geschnetzeltes to surprising culinary creations. All dishes and pastries are prepared daily, in-house and with loving care and tradition. Only fresh and high-quality ingredients are used. Regional and seasonal elements are integrated into the menu if possible.
