Miss and Mister Christen will help you plan your event and implement your ideas either by e-mail, telephone or in personal meetings. Together with the Chef de Cuisine, they will put together your special menu and show you the possibilities available to you on our premises.
That will give you the opportunity to be guest and relaxed host at the same time.
Mr Giger has been contributing to a smooth operation from the back office since 2007 and is also in charge of accounting.
